Try: Try inhaling steam or taking a hot shower. This can break up the congestion naturally. A Netti pot is a sinus rinse that can wash out your sinuses. Afrin (oxymetazoline) and Sudafed can help for congestion. If you have allergies or a sinus infection more treatment can be provided by your doctor after a complete history and exam.
