Medical Consult Now: If you haven't been seen by a physician or started on an antibiotic you should go to an Urgent Care or ER. This is an infection and needs to be treated immediately with antibiotic before it spreads. The fever tells us that this is serious and the "pus" could be cultured to help us treat appropriately.
