I'm getting a realy bad pain in my chest. I have to take little breaths to avoid this pain and will feel it also down my left arm and It's not my hear?

Visit ER, call 911: Such bad pain in your chest radiating to your left arm is a red flag. You may be having a heart condition that need to be addressed immediately. Do not drive, call 911.
