OK,GtItOffYerChest!!: Recent cold or flu or bronchitis? Any recent exertion? Anything requiring holding your breath and straining? Any trauma to the chest? Any huffing and puffing lately? Anyways, if it hurts that much go and get it checked-out. It could be the lining of your lung or the lung itself, like maybe something popped. Don't panic, but don't overdo it either--just go get it checked by a doctor, OK?j
