Not usually: If they were ear buds, and the volume level was very high, and you did this repeatedly, it could cause hearing damage. One episode is unlikely to cause problems. In order to preserve hearing, avoid ear buds as much as possible and keep the volume low enough that you can hear people talking around you. Hope this helps!
