It depends.: If you mean anywhere anytime, and if you mean can in the sense of do, yes ... That is bad. But if you mean can in the sense that, if you so desire you can allow yourself to fall asleep, but that you have control over it, no ... That is not only not bad, it is probably actually good. The former may be a form of narcolepsy, and you definitely need to see a doctor.
