Get checked: MVA related injuries are very common from seat belts, airbags,and from the steering wheel. Potentially, ribs, clavicle, cervical spine and the kidney could be injured. Get checked, or rechecked.

Bruising: If you had a CT of your chest after the crash, the serious causes of chest pain should be eliminated. Most likely it is bruising to the chest wall and muscles tearing. If the pain you are experiencing is increasing, you should be re-evaluated for a missed or worsening injury.
