I injured my shoulder rotator cuff 3 or more years ago and now i'm getting some mild stiffness and severe burning pain. what do you think?

Hard to say: Many potential causes, I would encourage you to be seen. Most common causes would be a recurrent rotator cuff problem or a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck). An exam and appropriate studies can likely reveal the cause. Consider being seen.
