Depends: Not all potential problems will be uncovered through blood tests. Having normal blood tests in this situation, does NOT PROMISE that all is OK! While the blood work rules out certain specific problems pretty well, there are other issues, potentially serious, that need to be investigated, perhaps through examination and imaging, if those things were not yet done.
