A bit unclear: Do you mean wet from vaginal lubrication/secretions or related to urinary issues. As every women is different in regards to the quality and volume of vaginal secretions, and even in a single women they often vary depending on their hormone profile during their menses. If you have no symptoms like pain or itching or any particularly concerning smell do the discharge, it may very well be normal.
