Typically-developing: toddlers can have fears. If he's scared of hot or rushing water or water on his face, run his bath before he gets in the tub. Get 2 small watering cans, one for him & one to rinse his hair with. Fill it from the sink. Put a bath cloth over his eyes. Get tub crayons, paints & toys only for bath or pool. Bedwetting is normal till age 5, if he's never been dry for 6 mos. Pull-ups are ok at night.
