i sweat, a lot, when its hot and humid or i do a tiny bit of exercise. bloodwork is normal. its unbearable, i sweat through clothes, at night, tons!?

Hyperhidrosis: Hidrosis means sweating, while hyper means too much, or excessively. It can be either localized in specific parts of the body, or generalized (everywhere). Most cases of excessive sweating tend to start during a person's teenage years - their adolescence. Thyroid problems, diabetes or infection need to be ruled out. More common in people who are overweight or out of shape. See your doctor.

Not at night: You are waking yourself up. You should be winding down in the evening, allowing the natural process of going to sleep to unfold. It is how we are wired. Try exercising sometime before the sun goes down.

Depends,BEFORE MEALS: It's MUCH wiser to exercise before you eat. After eating, a large fraction of our blood supply goes to the GI tract to digest our food. This takes energy. Exercising then interferes with digestion & less blood is available to muscles. As to time of day, morning is best for weight loss, 2-6 PM for building strength. Night exercise: Most of the pundits say no because it stimulates you. Really the answer is what fits into your schedule. If night works best then -yes. However if you were constantly tired the next morning - then I would say you need to change.
