Likely Normal: If the testicles are twisted in such a way that they cannot unwind to their normal position, you would experience pain. In that instance, you should seek immediate medical attention. It is not uncommon for the scrotum (ball sack) to shrink and draw the testicles in toward the body when exposed to certain stimuli, such hot or cold water.
