Get checked by ENT: 2 issues to rule out. Metal taste in mouth/throat is suggestive of galvanic interactions due to mercury filling toxicity. Sensation of something caught in the throat is suggestive of mercury toxicity issue. Mercury toxicity can be detected with either blood or urine testing. There is specialized urine testing to diagnose mold toxicity.
