Continue medicines: Since you have PCOS, I'm assuming that you may be on metformin, birth control pills, possibly spironolactone. These aid to regulate your menstrual cycle properly and will give you the best chance at becoming pregnant (except for the birth control pills). Plan with your gynecologist on when and how to discontinue your birth control and other meds so you can get pregnant safely.
