Tests are accurate: Pregnancy tests, if done properly, are very accurate now. Having pcos should not interfere with the tests. So, if you have 3 positive tests, congratulations! a woman newly pregnant can contact her doctor to schedule routine appointments for proper prenatal care. Since by nature, not all pregnancies "survive", one can wait a couple months before doing more planning for the coming baby.
