Unsure: Ovulation usually happens within 24 to 36 hours of the LH surge. However, nothing is 100% and you could be ovulating on cycle day 18. It could be normal to have cramps at the time of ovulation or at any time after ovulation. So the cramps you are having, while normal for the cycle, may not be directly due to ovulation.
