Pregnancy?: Don't know what "AF" means, but if your period does not start in another week, get a serum HCG test in a week from your healthcare provider. Cramps are usually present when ovulation occurs, but can also happen when an egg implants in the uterus. Too early for a home pregnancy test to be reliable.
