my husband have severely bruised ribs not broken. what can he do for pain, and to help heal them? he's in a lot of pain!!!!!! please help.

Very: Painful injury. NSAIDs will help with the pain and inflammation. But he may need something stronger to help him rest at night. Unfortunately this injury is hard to treat. Everything he does he will feel it in his ribs. Time will help best if all. Talk to your doctor about some treatment options
