My husband have severely bruised ribs not broken. what can he do for pain, and to help heal them? he's in a lot of pain!!!!!! please help.

Very: Painful injury. NSAIDs will help with the pain and inflammation. But he may need something stronger to help him rest at night. Unfortunately this injury is hard to treat. Everything he does he will feel it in his ribs. Time will help best if all. Talk to your doctor about some treatment options

Tests bloods etc clear. I'm an extremely anxious person. I go to loo no.2 a lot and if i poke under left rib cage it feels bruised. Not if don't poke.
Please can someone assist me, I keep getting these bruises on my body and they are completely unexplainable. The are around my muscles and ribs and are causing a lot of pain/discomfort around the area. ?
