A member asked:

Is it normal for meneires disease symptoms to stop & then start up again a few years later? i'm doing vestibular exercise & meclazine. anything else?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fluctuating menieres: It is common for Menieres symptoms to fluctuate with time. The treatments you are trying tend to help, although vestibular exercises are more helpful for peripheral vertigo. You may wish to consider dietary salt restriction also. For some people, it makes a big difference, and it is not harmful.
