Ask a pharmacist: Meclizine typically makes people drowsy. If Lexapro (escitalopram) does the same, then together they would make you too sleepy even a bit dizzy. They can be taken together but not recommended.

You can, but: Be aware that you may feel more drowsy or even dizzy than you expect with the combination. I know you're going on a cruise, but definitely do not add alcohol to this combination. http://tinyurl.com/kwsomka.
