Probably not: A panic disorder is now thought to be due to an overproduction of certain brain chemicals. There are very specific drugs that are available for this disorder. You are taking one of them (clonazepam). Antivert (meclizine) is an antihistamine and will cause sedation but is unlikely to help a true panic disorder. Consult you physician, .
