Many things: Paxil (paroxetine) is a serotonin specific antidepressant, and bupropion is a dopamine specific antidepressant, and they may be used together for resistant depression or to reduce side effects of Paxil (paroxetine). Olazepine is used for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and is a major antipsychotic. Oxcarbazepine is an anticonvulsant used in epilepsy and as a mood stabilizer in people with bipolar disorder.
