Whenever i eat gluten or sugar it inflames my intestines and bowel.is there anything i can take so i can eat these foods again.how do i treat this?

May have: celiac disease given your symptoms. Laboratory tests can confirm. As for the sugar its unclear whether this is truly causing your symptoms. There really isn't a good answer other than food avoidance if a particular food disagrees with you. Keep a food/symptom diary.
