My wife have 6 mm stone in gall blader how it can clear?

May never: If she has no pain from the stone, leave it be (do no harm). It may stay there her entire life or may pass out into her colon without any knowledge. If she is having right upper quadrant pain after fatty foods, then that sounds like a gallbladder issue that should be resolved or helped.
