Get checked: Your age, 25, makes heart disease less likely, as does the pain pattern. Heart disease is usually worse with exertion. However, you have several risk factors, given your sedentary lifestyle and smoking. If you have a family history, high blood pressure, or diabetes, your risk would even be slightly higher.
