Can side effects of taking roaccutane 10mg only display 7 months later after starting meds? increased upper back pain, chest wall pain, side rib area, breast tenderness, fatigue, short breath in 3 months. had dry cough for 4 weeks, ended 4 weeks ago.

Doesn't fit: It seems unlikely that those symptoms were a result from taking Accutane. You may have had a virus, or allergies which seems more likely. Fortunately what ewver you had has resolved.

Possible: It is possible for someone to experience muscle pain and possible injury months after starting the Roaccutane, although the literature suggests it’s more likely closer to starting the medication or after a dose increase. Because the pain you’re describing *may* be related to the drug or to something else, you’ll want to contact your doctor for evaluation.
