Follicles: Unless the pathologist can rule out cancer from this (and grooves and inclusions or the absence thereof isn't so helpful if it's follicles), or the pathologist recommends repeat FNA, you'll want that thing removed. I've seen plenty of thyroid cancers made of microfollicles, and presence of visible nucleoli is perhaps troubling as well.
