Lymph nodes: What symptoms did you have or do you have that made your doctor look for those nodes in your chest? Do you have a cough, wt loss, night sweats? As a 40 year old female, if the node had been a non caveating granuloma I would say sounds like sarcoidosis. May want to see an oncologist who deals with enlarged nodes or possible a rheumatologist. Biopsy of non cancer is relieving.
