Need for evaluation: It is difficult to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Are these afflictions unilateral or bilateral? Is there is redness, itching, changes in skin color, fever or joint pains etc? It would be prudent to see your doctor for a detailed history, physical examination and may be some lab tests.
