See doctor: If depression is severe you need to be on a medication. Medications, counseling and exercise are the best treatments for depression. See your doctor and get to a counselor as soon as possible. Some doctors actually have counselors in their office, if not they can suggest one for you. If you feel suicidal or feel that you may hurt someone else please go to the emergency department immediately.
