ER/clinic: she should be checked at a local ER or urgent care center- symtoms may be breast related and she will need to have her heart checked with an EKG; however, quite young for any heart disease. Advise her to use a gymnast bra for support and Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for pain until seen.
