No: Using oral contraceptive along with Plan B has greater 95% effective rate in preventing pregnancy. However, this does not prevent you from sexually-transmitted disease without using barrier contraceptive method, such as condom. Abstinence is the only method with 100% effective rate in prevention of pregnancy.

Probably not: The pill, if taken properly is very effective, and plan B, if taken within 24 hours, is also very effective. Neither of these will protect you against an STD so, while it is unlikely you are pregnant, an STD is possible. If you are still worried, you can take a pregnancy test in a few weeks and go to your doctor or a local women;s health clinic/planned parenthood for STD testing.
