Possible Spasm: Right lower abdominal pain in the absence of ovaries could be associated with the appendix or iliopsoas muscle strain and spasm. In the absence of fever/nausea/worsening pain, muscle strain is more likely. Being in seated position for long periods of time and standing quickly can induce this type of spasm and pain referral you describe.
