Hi for the past 2 days i've been getting pain in the lower left side of my abdomen and pelvis that radiates into the top of my left leg.

Complicated: It would be easier if I knew your age. That type of pain could be radiating around and down from a compressed nerve in your spine. Less likely would be a hernia or even a stone. Its time for a good history and physical by your doctor who will find the problem.
