Tail bone pain: The first thing to do is to try to figure out why you have the pain. Assuming any bad things like infection have been ruled out then conservative therapy with drugs like Ibuprofen and some "tincture of time" may work. More aggressive treatment includes ganglion impars blocks which are easy to do and are done by interventional pain management physicians. They can be very effective.
