Labs: Hi. The calcium is just above the upper limit of normal, but should be looked at along with albumin, which binds calcium. If you albumin is 5.0 (for example), your calcium would be normal. Check a PTH and ionized calcium if there is any question. The TSH is slightly hi (but certainly abnormal). Also check free T4, and TPO and thyroglobulin autoantibodies; you need l-thyroxine.
