Am diagnosed with tinnitus. so taking medication now. doctor advised to do blood test. my tsh 3rd gen is 5.810 miu/ml. hydroxyvitamin d is 7.35 ng/ml. cholesterol is 158 mg/dl .triglycerides is 216 mg/dl...hdl cholesterol is 37..ldl 123..pls advise?

By the results, you have vitamin D deficiency and mild hypertriglyceridemia. If you do not take biotin supplement, your TSH is mildly elevated so TSH and free T4 should be checked in 3 months. You can benefit with vitamin D supplement. Lowering calorie intake (rice and flour in Indian diet) + exercise will lower triglycerides. Please follow with your family doctor for more appropriate advice.
