Been having dull pain right side of base of skull, shoots to the right side of the top of my head and right side behind my eye. ?

Pain: Hard to tell from your description but it sounds like a neck or cervical neuralgia or muscle spasm but if its persistent you should get it looked at. You can try warm compresses and ibuprofen as well.
