Headache that starts at base of skull & goes up one side & behind eye causing eye to tear up. moderate pain level & stays for up to 48 hours while pain moves to other side of head. comes with irritable, aggressive anger, can't stand light. ct clear?

What is question?: Headaches that are one sided and associated with light sensitivity suggests migraine, and one would expect a normal head CT. Migraine can be caused by sensitivtiy to different foods, lack of sleep, hormonal shifts and stress. Discuss management with your doctor. Some Meds work best at onset of headache, others daily for prevention. Also discuss anger management options. Good luck.
