Oh my gosh: You're so lucky it didn't go into his airway. If he's truly having no problems with breathing or swallowing just count your blessings and keep those balloons out of reach Stay well

Should be fine: If the material made it into the stomach and baby can drink fine now it will pass within 3-4 days.You can ignore the issue, except for reviewing how he got access to this choking hazard to begin with.
