Benzodiazepine: There is not any good answer for you on this. Benzodiazepines can test positive for up to six weeks after ingestion. Even small doses can test positive for some time. If this was the only time and only dose then you may be fortunate not to test positive for weeks. But, the first week may be too soon to hope for.

Good luck!: Benzo's can stay in urine for up to 6 weeks, depending on dose / frequency / etc. If 0.5mg, likely Ativan or xanax (alprazolam) (?), in therapeutic dose once, will need some luck, but may be below threshold for positive. Need to consider your recreational activities and if you need assistance with them.
