My daughter (15) has painful nodes in neck and under her armpit. she had a cbc which came back normal (finger poke).

Need more info: Does she have or had fever recently, did she have a sore throat, are there any other symptoms? Did the doctor who ordered the CBC do a physical examination? It is likely that the node are due to a viral infection, if the symptoms persist or more than three weeks, it would be prudent to consult a doctor.
