Not always: Some lymphomas do not have these symptoms. You can also have a normal CBC and chest xray and have lymphoma. Symptoms that would be concerning would be unexplained fevers, new easy bruising, new enlarged lymph nodes, or inability to lie down flat and breath comfortably. Excisional biopsy (if accessible - fine needle misses too much) is the gold standard for determining if lymph nodes are lymphoma.
