Rib cage: Mono does not cause rib cage abnormalities. You need to be evaluated for kypho-scoliosis or other spine or rib cage abnormalities such as pectus excavatum or carinatum

Unrelated: This usually represents a miss-alignment of your vertebrae, where the segment holding the rib is rotated a little to the right. This is part of a process called rotational scoliosis, which you have likely had for a while and just didn't notice until you were convalescing from the illness. It should be stable at your age, but mention it to your doc at your next visit.
