A member asked:

I take iso mono er 30mg for angina and omep 20mg. when hungry, but do not feel hungry, have chest pain (pressure/tightness left of chest center). why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Angina pain: If you are experiencing an increase in your usual angina, worsening pain or more frequent episodes, go see your doctor. Perhaps you are mistaking discomfort from worsening coronary artery disease for hunger pains. You should go talk to the doctor who knows you and your history to sort this out.
