Have just had my first dose of zoladex (goserelin) to prepare my womb. what could be a side effect?

Many Things: Hot flashes (flushing), dizziness, headache, increased sweating, decreased sexual interest/ability, trouble sleeping, nausea, change in breast size, hair loss, or mental/mood changes (such as depression, mood swings, hallucinations) may occur. Pain, bruising, bleeding, redness, or swelling at the injection site may also occur. Vaginal dryness may also occur.

Both my left and right index fingers are painful on the joint and they slowly becoming stiff. I'm wondering if it could be the Zoladex side effect, I had my 1st shot on the 17th of September 2020. Could it be it causing the pain?
