Possible: Bone/joint pain is a known side effect of Zoladex and it is possible it may be caused by the medication. However, other factors may also be causing it. Joint pain caused by Zoladex may be managed with pain medications, so it would be best to bring it up to your doctor if it worsens or impacts your life for additional, complete assessment.
