Both my left and right index fingers are painful on the joint and they slowly becoming stiff. i'm wondering if it could be the zoladex side effect, i had my 1st shot on the 17th of september 2020. could it be it causing the pain?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.You may take Paracetamol for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!

Possible: Bone/joint pain is a known side effect of Zoladex and it is possible it may be caused by the medication. However, other factors may also be causing it. Joint pain caused by Zoladex may be managed with pain medications, so it would be best to bring it up to your doctor if it worsens or impacts your life for additional, complete assessment.
