Abdominal CT: An abdominal CT shows everything below the diaphragm and down to the pelvis. It shows the stomach, intestines, colon, kidneys, spleen, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. Sometimes it may show the bottom of the lungs. If it is ordered to include the pelvis then it will also include the reproductive organs.
