A member asked:

Why is it a high failure rate to have a btl (tied and cut,not burned) during a csection? what are the chances of the tubes growing back or recanaling?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not so: There is not a high failure rate when a tubal is done at time of cesarean section? Any procedure can fail, however, and this should be explained when you are permitted for the surgery.
