Tubal : Tubal ligations are over 99% effective. However if you are having symptoms of pregnancy, go ahead and take a pregnancy test. Otherwise you may be dealing with a hormonal issue. Schedule an office visit with your primary care provider for a complete evaluation. Best of luck.
